Terms & Conditions – Imera Skin & Laser

Bookings & Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
• Deposits may only be transferred if sufficient notice is provided in line with our cancellation policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in:

• Less than 24 hours’ notice:
  → 50% of the treatment cost will be charged
• Laser Hair Removal Prepaid Packages:
  → One session will be deducted from your package

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in:

• 50% of the treatment cost being charged
• One session deducted from prepaid packages

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or may be required to reschedule.

If rescheduling is required due to lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.

Refund Policy

All treatments, prepaid packages, products and services are strictly non-refundable.

• Results may vary between individuals
• No guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes
• Change of mind does not entitle a refund
• We accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of purchase, as long as they remain sealed and in their original condition.

Prepaid Packages

• All prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Packages must be used within the validity period (if applicable)
• Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be forfeited

Medical & Consultation Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information prior to treatment.

• Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may result in adverse outcomes
• Imera Skin & Laser is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed information

Treatment Suitability

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

• Contraindications are present
• The treatment is deemed unsafe
• Client instructions are not followed

Results Disclaimer

Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
